The small kitchen is clean and the food is great! Daily specials for anyone on a budget.
There's a few things I immediately look at with any restaurant.
Cooking oil - nobody likes anything greasy with an oily residue.
Presentation - wax paper in a basket is always a good thing
Service - good food will bring me back, but bad service will not
Ape's will exceed your expectations. Their chicken Philly is made with a real chicken breast. From there they add fresh vegetables on a soft hogie bun or wrap. Delicious!
Fried foods are always good including their macaroni bites and mini tacos.
